The PURE thinking framework is critical to success.

Everything Beck and Co do is based around a thinking framework called PURE . It is a step by step process that prompts rigorous thinking. Using it gives structure to solving problems, and helps people cut through and resolve the real issues that they face.

Some call it integrated commercial thinking, others total proposition development – we just know that today, to be successful, you need different parts of the organisation working together to build plans that work. PURE is an approach that encourages and facilitates a multi functional perspective.

We live and breathe the principle that a problem well defined is a problem solved. Getting to the core issues is critical in establishing the solution. Too often, however, there is no agreement on what the issues are.
